Participation: In order to enroll and participate as a Webmaster in the Overbucks.com Program, you must be over eighteen (18) years of age.

Payment: The Pay Period shall be split into two monthly period defined as from the 1st of the month to the 15th of the month and the 16th of the month to the last day of the month. Payments for the pay period from the 1st of the month to the 15th of the month shall be posted on the 8th day of the next month or if the 8th day is not a business day, payments shall be posted on the first business day following the 8th. Payments for the pay period from the 16th of the month to the last day of the month shall be posted on the 22th day of the following month or if the 22th day if not a business day, payments shall be posted on the first business day following the 22th. Minimum amount for payout is $100.

50% - 60% Partnership Program: The beginning part of Webmaster in partnership program is 50% of the signup and rebill price. On every signup and rebill Webmaster earn points: monthly signup-3 points, trial signup - 1 point, onetime signup-1 point, rebill-2 points. If the total Webmaster’s points earning is 100, his commissions will be increased up to 55% of signup and rebill price for the further time of work with the program. If the total earning of Webmaster's points is 200, his commissions will be increased up to 60% of signup and rebill price for the further time of work with the program.

$30 per Join + $35 per Active Member Program: In this program Webmaster will get $30 per monthly signup and $35 per member that recurrs from 2 days trial signup to monthly signup. The price of monthly signup is $29.99 and the price of 2 days trial signup is $2.99.

10% Referral Proram: Webmaster get 10% of all earnings of referred Webmasters including the recurring sales they produce.

Charge backs: Overbucks.com reserves the right to cancel any Webmaster’s account that has an unusually high number of charge-backs and refunds as decided in the sole and unfettered discretion of Overbucks.com. Any monies, which are due to any Webmaster whose account has been terminated due to charge-backs and refunds, will be forfeited as partial damages under the terms of this agreement.

Overbucks.com has the right to suspend account of any reseller if reseller did not generate initial sales within 90 days without any notification.

Unacceptable Traffic: Child Pornography, bestiality, rape, torture and/or any other type of obscene and/or illegal material are not tolerated by Overbucks.com. If you send hits or cause hits to be sent from any site which contains Child Pornography, bestiality, rape, torture of any other type of obscene and/or illegal material your status as Webmaster will be revoked, your account will be cancelled and all monies due to you will be forfeited.

Spamming: Overbucks.com has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy relating to “spamming.” No spamming of any kind, whatsoever, is permitted to Overbucks.com’s site, including IRC. Participation will be terminated without notice if in the sole and unfettered discretion of Overbucks.com it is concluded that you have engaged in the use of any form of mass unsolicited electronic mail solicitations, news group postings, password selling or trading, warez, IRC positing or any other form of “spamming.” Further, upon termination, all funds otherwise due to you under the terms of this agreement will be forfeited as partial damages for violation of the terms of this Agreement.

Overbucks.com has the right to hold your participation in the program, change your affiliate program or to stop it at all without explanations.

Overbucks.com has the right to change these terms any time it will be needed.
